Terms of Service

Artwork Commissions

Payment
✿ I only accept paypal, and full payment must be made in USD before i begin your artwork.
✿ I can only accept commissions from those who are 18+, sorry!
✿ If you need to cancel a commission, please let me know. Refunds are only available before i start the commission.
✿ Additional pets/characters in one piece are typically + 50% increase of the original price unless stated otherwise. (This does not apply to bases/ychs as these are single character items.)
✿ Prices may go up for very detailed pets/characters/pieces.
Notes
✿ I will not draw NSFW, gore/blood, fetishes, etc.
✿ I can refuse your commission if i do not like the context, or if i do not feel i can draw your pet/character or ideas to your standards.
✿ I will not draw humans at this time. This may change if i can develop a knack for it in the future. ☺
Process
✿ My turn around time is usually within a week at the latest. This may change if i suddenly see an increase in commission requests.
✿ If you need edits made when i provide you with a sketch, please feel free to draw over my sketch to let me know how you'd like something changed.
✿ Once the artwork is completed, only minor changes will be allowed for up until 2 weeks. After a fortnight, i will not take any more change requests.
✿ Once the art is completed, you will be provided with full sized and unwatermarked files. There is no physical copy mailed to you.
Usage
✿ I reserve the right to post my completed artwork publicly as i wish. If you do not want your commission posted somewhere, please let me know ahead.
✿ You may post the artwork wherever you wish with credit to the artist (me).
✿ Art is to be used for personal use only. You cannot use it for commercial use such as selling stickers/prints/etc, or use it for any financial gain whatsoever.
✿ You cannot claim that the commission is your own artwork.

Character Designs

Payment
✿ I only accept paypal, and full payment must be made in USD before you can use your new character.
✿ I can only accept payments from those who are 18+, sorry!
✿ No refunds are given for pre-made character designs.
✿ Once payment is received, i will either transfer the character to you on toyhouse, or provide you with the unwatermarked, full size files.
Usage & Ownership
✿ Please credit me as the design creator if you post the character anywhere.
✿ You may resell, gift, or trade your characters as you see fit. Resell price can be for any amount.
✿ You may edit or change the species if you'd like. If you are changing the design to a closed species, you need to have permission from the species' creator. Please do not draw over the original artwork by me if making edits.
✿ Designs by me are for personal use only. Do not use them for financial gain/commercial use unless previously discussed.
